Rebel publicly announced her romance with Ramona in an Instagram post on June 10, and shared a photo of the couple enjoying themselves with each other.

“I thought I was looking for a Disney prince … but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney princess,” she wrote.

The couple have been seen together since early this year, and they even walked the red carpet together at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party in March.

Rebel has still not shared many details about his new love, who is an LA-based fashion designer and the owner of the sustainable fashion brand Lemon Ve Limon.

Shortly after her Instagram post, it was revealed that Rebel went public about her relationship and her sexuality to get ahead of a story from the Sydney Morning Herald after the Australian newspaper threatened to “out” her.

Shortly after she posted her picture, the newspaper’s gossip columnist Andrew Hornery accused the actress of “gazumping” his scoop by speaking out on her own terms.

“Thank you for your comments, it was a very difficult situation, but try to deal with it with grace,” she later wrote in a response to a Twitter post by Channel 10’s Kate Doak.

In his original play, Hornery wrote that he gave the Bridesmaids star two days to answer questions, and effectively forced the actress’ hand, but still got angry when the star chose to take control of the story himself.

“It was with an abundance of caution and respect that this medium emailed Rebel Wilson’s representatives Thursday morning, giving her two days to comment on her new relationship with LA casual wear designer Ramona Agruma, before publishing a single word, He wrote.

‘Big mistake. Wilson chose to watch the story, and posted about her new “Disney Princess” on Instagram early Friday morning, the same platform she had previously used to brag about her handsome ex-boyfriend, the wealthy American beer baron Jacob Busch.

“Given how bitterly Wilson had complained about poor journalistic standards … her choice to ignore our discreet, genuine and honest questions was overwhelming.”

The article led to a major setback on social media with users thrown over by the newspaper’s insensitivity, prompting editor Bevan Shields to write a lengthy statement denying any wrongdoing and wishing the couple good luck.

Hornery then apologized for his “tone” in the article, claiming he never meant to “inflict pain” when he approached the star about her relationship.

“I sincerely regret that Rebel has found this difficult,” Hornery said in a column that replaced Sunday’s article. “It was never my intention. But I see that she has handled it all with extraordinary grace.

He added that “As a gay man, I am well aware of how deeply discrimination hurts.” The last thing I would ever want to do is inflict that pain on someone else. ‘
